This page explains what happens to your information. It's short because the tool collects very little.

What I collect

If you complete the questionnaire: your answers, the diagnosis the tool produced, and basic technical information — the date, roughly how long it took, and whether you were on mobile or desktop.

Only if you choose to give them: your name and email address. These are optional. You can see your full result without entering either.

I don't collect your IP address, I don't use cookies, and I don't track you across other websites.

Why I collect it

Your answers are what the tool runs on. Without them there's no diagnosis.

Your email, if you give it, is used for one thing: sending you your result. That's it.

The anonymous data helps me understand which problems come up most often, so I can improve the tool and write more useful things about them.

Under GDPR and similar laws, the basis for this is your consent — you choose to complete the questionnaire, and you choose whether to give an email.

I will not email you marketing

This matters enough to say plainly.

If you give me your email, I will send you your result and nothing else. No newsletter. No follow-up sequence. No sales emails. No "just checking in." You won't be added to a mailing list, because there isn't one.

If you reply to that email, we're having a conversation you started. That's different, and it's entirely up to you.

I will never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. Not with advertisers, not with data brokers, not with anyone else.

Where it's stored

Your responses are stored in a private Google Sheet in my Google account, and the result email is sent through Gmail. Both run on Google's servers, which are mostly in the United States.

If you're in the EU, UK, or another region with data transfer rules, this means your information may be processed outside your country. Google maintains standard contractual clauses and similar safeguards for these transfers.

Only I have access to this data.

How long I keep it

Responses are kept while they're still useful — generally no more than two years.

If you ask me to delete yours, I'll do it and confirm within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Ask what information I hold about you
• Get a copy of it
• Have it corrected
• Have it deleted
• Withdraw your consent
• Object to how it's used
• Complain to your local data protection authority

To use any of these, email me at zaeem.ahmad5352@gmail.com. I'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge and I won't ask you to justify the request.

If you're in the EU or UK and you're not happy with my response, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Australia, that's the OIAC. In Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Children

This tool is for people running businesses and consulting practices. It isn't intended for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If I change how any of this works, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
